Policies

  1. One night’s deposit is required to confirm your reservation, payable within 7 days of the date of booking. Balance due on arrival
  2. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations unless the house can be rented to another party for the entire reserved dates.
  3. There will be an additional 15% charge for one night stays
  4. No charge for babies under 2 years.
  5. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
  6. No smoking and no pets please.
  7. There is no meal or maid service provided.
