Policies

  1. One night's deposit is required to confirm your reservation, payable within seven (7) days of the date of booking. Balance due uppon arrival.
  2. NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations unless the house can be rented to another party for the entire reserved dates.
  3. There will be an additional $15% charge for one night stays.
  4. No charge for children under two (2) years of age.
  5. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  6. A comfortable redwood deck is available for smoking outdoors.
  7. No pets please.
  8. No maid or meal service provided
  9. Hotel taxes at 10%
